Inquiries & reservations
Online booking and payment are not currently available. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve dates or create a charge. A stay is confirmed only when the owner confirms it with you directly in writing.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy for your stay will be provided in writing before your reservation is confirmed.
Check-in & out
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out is at 10:00 AM. Arrival details are shared by the owner before your stay.
Occupancy & guests
Maximum guest counts are listed on each stay and are strictly enforced. Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
Damage & house rules
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear. Smoking is prohibited inside all units. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $29 pet fee per reservation.
Parking
Ample free on-site parking is available for guests.
Liability
Guest assumes all risk of injury and property loss during the stay. Owners are not liable for personal property left in the home.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in St. Johns County, FL.
